ServiceWorks Management

ServiceWorks Management is a provider of strategic marketing services for service industries, including product development, project management and management consulting.

ServiceWorks Management is based in Melbourne, Australia.

TPG is an equal partner in a joint venture with ServiceWorks Management. The joint venture company, ServiceWorks Technology (SWT) was formed to develop, sell and implement a unique, patented billing service called Billmanager®. After two years of research and development, SWT signed an agreement with Australia Post in 2002 to implement and launch Billmanager® as a new financial service to consumers.

The service has been launched in South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania and is being progressively rolled-out through the rest of the country.

Synergy Management Solutions

Synergy Management Solutions and TPG have collaborated on a number of projects.

The Synergy principals and senior consultants have many decades of business and project management experience in and around Information Communications Technology (ICT). Their experience encompasses acting for both client/customer organisations and vendor/suppliers on large scale business ICT projects and programs.

Formed in 1997, Synergy has completed many consulting engagements across a wide variety of ICT outsourcing, software development, infrastructure transition and enterprise systems implementations. They have also added considerable value through a number of business consulting & team building/group facilitation initiatives.
